Hanmade bread

ok its sunny and warm, but we have no bread, so we made our own. It worked really well, following this simple recipe.

1lb of strong bread flour
I sachet of 7g dried yeast
10 fl oz of warm water
1 tbsp oil

Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients, stir together with a wooden spoon.
Flour your work surface and kneed for 6 minutes.
Return the mix to your bowl, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for an hour.
 Look how much its grown!
Knock it back, kneed it for 30 seconds.
Fold into three and put into your oiled loaf tin.
Return to warm place for 30 minutes.
Watch it grow again!
My loaf tin was soo small for the size of the mix, so I chopped abit off and made three other rolls.
Put onto the middle shelf ina preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until its golden on top.
To double check its backed, knock the botton of the tin and it should sound hollow.

Perfect, just in time for lunch.
My daughter enjoyed making this bread and eating it too!
