These are yummy and simple. I was writing the recipe into my recipe folder after I had made a batch. I thought I would share, give it a try they are so easy and very yummy!
And why not ice them?!
Cream cheese icing: 300g sifted icing sugar, 50g unsalted butter, 125g soft cream cheese.
Beat the icing sugar and butter in a mixer on a slow speed until well mixed.
Add the cream cheese. Mix on high speed until it is frosty and fluffy.
Add to the top of the muffins.
Try and resist not eating them all at once!
